Add a post#

  1. Find the day on the Calendar and press + Add Post under it.
  2. Fill in the Post Name (optional), the Post Date, the Post Type and the Status. Pick a Release if the post belongs to one.
  3. Press Save Post.

Post types are grouped by what they are for: reach (new people), nurture (your fans) and convert (sales). Each one shows about how many minutes it takes. Drag a post to another day to move it. Or let Auto-fill plan them: see Auto-fill and your calendar.

Tie a post to a release and its Plan, Film and Edit tasks show under that release on the task board.

Change the status in Post Details whenever the post moves on. Colours on the calendar show how far along each post is.

Variations, captions and live links#

A variation is one version of a post, such as a cut for TikTok and another for Instagram.

  1. Press New Variation.
  2. Choose the picture or video under Select Media File.
  3. Tick the Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or Mailing List. With Mailing List you can attach one of your email campaigns instead of a file.
  4. Add notes and a Variation Date if you like, then press Upload.
  • You can have up to 3 variations on each post. The window also shows how much of your 80 GB of storage you have used.
  • The arrow next to a variation downloads its file again.
  • Once a post is live, press Social Links and paste its Instagram, TikTok or YouTube address. Insights uses these to show how your reels and clips did.

Share a post for review#

  1. Open the post, press the menu (the three lines), then Share To.
  2. Press Copy Link, or type up to 3 email addresses under Send via Email and press Send Email.
  3. Your reviewer opens the link. They do not need an account.
  4. They see the post's details, captions and notes, and a list of its variations. They press View → on a variation to see the picture or video.
  5. Below the captions they press Leave a Review, type their name, choose Approve or Request Changes, add feedback if they like, and press Submit Review.

Reviews are listed on the same page, with a green dot for Approved and a red one for Changes Requested. Open the link yourself to read them. A post has one link: Share To gives you the same one each time.

A review is left on a variation, so upload one first. A post with none shows No variations uploaded yet, and there is nothing to review.

Anyone who has the link can open the post and leave a review. Send it only to people you trust. A review does not change the post's status. You do that yourself.

Change what the calendar shows#

Press View above the calendar.

SettingWhat it does

Delete a post#

Open the menu in Post Details and press Delete Post. You are asked to type DELETE first. Press Cmd+Z (Ctrl+Z on Windows) straight afterwards to bring the post back, with its variations. That works until you leave the calendar. See Undo, Learning Mode and the tour.

Only the account owner can add, move and delete posts. Band members can update the status, captions and links. See Team and permissions.
