Something is not working

Updated October 2026

Most problems fix themselves on a retry. When one does not, here is how to get it to us with enough detail to fix.

Quick things to try first

  • Refresh the page.
  • Log out and back in.
  • If a connected account looks wrong, reconnect it. See Connect your accounts.
  • If a payment or order looks wrong, check it in your Stripe dashboard. Stripe is always right. See Getting paid with Stripe.

The error box

When something fails, a box titled That didn't work appears over the page, with a plain sentence about what happened.

  • Some boxes also show a short block of details: a reference, what you were doing, when, the page, your account number and the kind of problem. It holds no passwords or private data, so it is safe to send.
  • Press Copy details, then paste it into an email to contact@lasaguasproductions.com.

If the box already gives you a plain reason, such as "That email is already invited", you can usually fix it yourself and do not need to send anything.

Report a Bug

Found something broken or confusing, even without an error box? Tell us properly.

  1. On a computer: press Report a Bug at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone: open the More tab and tap Report a Bug.
  2. Describe what went wrong. This is the only required field.
  3. Drag the severity slider: Cosmetic, Minor, Moderate, Major or Critical.
  4. Your browser and operating system are filled in already. Fix them if they are wrong.
  5. Add the page it happened on, steps to reproduce, and what you expected, if you have them.
  6. Attach up to 5 screenshots, 10 MB each.
  7. Press Submit bug report.

There is no ticket number and no email reply. If it is urgent, also email contact@lasaguasproductions.com.

Still stuck? Email contact@lasaguasproductions.com. If the dashboard showed a box that says "That didn't work", copy the grey details in it and paste them into your email. It helps us find the problem fast.
