Security and getting back in

Your account holds your connected social accounts, your shop and your payments, so it is worth protecting.
Two-factor codes
After your password, you confirm it is you with a code. If someone learns your password, they still cannot get in. It is optional, and we recommend it. You can use either method, or both.

| Authenticator app | The most secure. A code from an app such as Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password. Works without signal. |
| Email codes | We email you a code each time you log in. |
Set it up
- Open Settings, Security. On a phone, open the More tab.
- Under Authenticator app, press Set up. Scan the code with your app and type the 6 numbers it shows.
- Or, under Email codes, press Set up and type the code we email to you.
- The box at the top says On.
Forgot your password
On the log in page, press Forgot your password? and follow the link we email you. The same is how you change your password.
Lost your phone or cannot reach your email
- Email us at contact@lasaguasproductions.com from the address on your account.
- We will reset your two-factor setup.
- Log in, then set it up again.
Still stuck? Email contact@lasaguasproductions.com. If the dashboard showed a box that says "That didn't work", copy the grey details in it and paste them into your email. It helps us find the problem fast.
