Invite someone
- Open Settings, Profile. Find Team members.
- Press + Invite Member.
- Type their name and email. Add their weekly hours if they will make content. Use 0 if they will not.
- Press Send Invite.
No email is sent. The dashboard shows a link. Copy it and send it yourself, in a message or chat. They open the link and make their login.
- A member's hours count in auto-fill, so it plans more posts and gives them some.
- An invite that is still waiting shows pending, with Copy link if you need to send it again.
- To remove someone, press Remove next to their name. Their access stops straight away.
Good to know
- Never share your own login. Invite people instead, so you can remove them later.
- A member who is asked to do something only the owner can do sees a message that says so.
Still stuck? Email contact@lasaguasproductions.com. If the dashboard showed a box that says "That didn't work", copy the grey details in it and paste them into your email. It helps us find the problem fast.
