Getting paid with Stripe

Updated October 2026

You sell through your own Stripe account. Fans pay you directly. Las Aguas never holds your money and takes no cut. You only pay Stripe's normal fees.

Connect Stripe

  1. Open Webstore or Ticketing. The setup panel is at the top.
  2. Press Connect your Stripe account.
  3. Pick the country your business is based in. Stripe fixes this and it cannot be changed later. If you already have a Stripe account, pick the country it is registered in.
  4. Read and tick the seller terms.
  5. Fill in Stripe's own form. It asks who you are and which bank account to pay. Have your ID and bank details ready.
  6. You come back to the dashboard. The panel says Connected.

One connection covers your tickets and your shop. Only the account owner can connect or disconnect it.

Refunds and problems

  • You are the seller, so refunds, returns and chargebacks are yours. Do them in your Stripe dashboard.
  • Tax on your sales is yours too. See Merch: shipping, VAT and returns.
  • An order says pending but the buyer says they paid? Look the payment up in Stripe. Stripe is always right.
