Indie Dashboard

Specifics of What's Included

The short version is on the overview page. This one walks through what each part of the Indie Dashboard actually does.

01

Your Socials, Planned.

When you sign up to the Indie Dashboard, you answer some questions that helps the platform understand your situation (how much time you have, your goals, etc.). From there, you can use the calendar to manually plan posts, or have it generate a schedule for you based on what's working for you and artists in your genre. You can upload posts here and caption them so band/team members can check they are happy with them or leave feedback.

02

Release Tasks, Organised.

If you're new to releasing, or just struggle organising with mand members, you get a full list of tasks, explanations, and their deadlines that you can track to make sure everything is sorted. For more complex tasks, there are guides in our resources section.

03

Release Tasks & Posts, Together.

On the calendar, you can choose to see everything together - what needs to be posted when and where release tasks need to fit in.

04

All Your Data, Made Useful.

Everything you've connected appears here - YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, mailing, website visits, and more. You can see what's working in a simple format - every post and profile tracked.

05

Mailing Campaigns, Scheduled.

Write the email, pick who gets it, send tests, and schedule it, all from your owned email domain (e.g. hello@yourband.com). Of course, analytics on how each is doing are available. Something we're particularly proud of is our spam flags - if you include something that might send the email to your fans spam, it gets flagged automatically and you can change it before sending.

06

Mailing Sequences, Nurturing.

Nurturing your email subscribers is vital to getting them ready to buy when the time comes. Here you can set up triggers so new sign-ups get put into a sequence and you don't have to remind yourself to send the emails. Templates are coming soon to help you set up email marketing for merch, releases, and shows - just to give a little guidance.

07

Links Page, Owned

Make your links page work for you. Fully customisable with a CSS editor, email sign-up included, and data you can export and take with you if you want to leave our service. That way, as your career changes, you don't get locked into services that aren't useful anymore, just to get data on your own audience. This can be on our domain or your own.

08

Ticketing, in Your Hands

When you have an event coming up, have it work in your favour. Easy to set up, money comes straight to you (we don't take a cut), and scan tickets at the door. Emails of all your customers get recorded so, if they opt in, you can reach them for future events and get more stability for tour planning and merch drops. We're also proud to offer a variety of offers you can include like group tickets, season passes, or merch at ticket checkout.

09

Door Work. Stress Free.

Your door person gets a code, they don't get access to your account. Then they just scan the tickets as people come in - any special offers pop up so they know.

10

Your Webstore, No Code.

Set a price, drop in photos, add an option like a signed edition, and publish, no separate storefront to manage. Orders, items sold, revenue and what's still waiting to ship are all right there too, with each buyer added to the same customer list as tickets and mailing subscribers.

11

Refer Friends, Save Money.

If you share the Indie Dashboard with a friend that it could help, you get half-off your next month and they get half-off their first. This stacks so if you invite 2, your next month is free - invite 3, you get a month free and the following half-off.

12

Transfers, Organised.

Send file transfers to collaborators where they can not just download, but also preview the files. While they download, they get nudged to sign up to your mailing list. And you get. aplace to see your latest transfers instead of searching through emails for links.

13

Resources, Helping You Advance.

We've built up a small library of resources for independent artists to help guide you through potentially complicated elements of your work. It ranges from setting up a custom website with Claude Code to making sales offers to take advantage of the sale season. More coming every week as we build out the library.

14

Your Future, Projected.

Based on the posts you have planned and growth we see across arrtists we work with, you can predict growth to get an idea of when you'll pass any milestones you have in mind.

15

Your Data, Yours.

All of the data that we collect for you is yours and you're welcome to download it as .csv files at any time. Use this to go to another platform and keep your audience data or download it to do more in-depth analysis ahead of big decisions.

That's the whole dashboard. If you have questions about exact functionality, feel free to get in touch or just sign up and try it. We have a no-questions-asked 30-day money back guarantee policy so there's no risk.
